GIRLS TEAMS

Astley & Tyldesley is an FA-accredited club dedicated to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for children to enjoy football. Our commitment to safeguarding involves implementing the best practices procedures. All coaches and volunteers, including those in youth and open-aged football, are required to undergo a DBS, as mandated by legislation. In summary, anyone aged 16 or older who works directly with children and young adults under 18 must be DBS checked and complete a safeguarding course. Additionally, we require at least one coach per team to hold a Level 1 coaching badge.
